At The Sensory Station, we aim to process and dispatch all orders quickly and efficiently so your sensory tools can be enjoyed sooner.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

All orders are shipped from Mickleham, Victoria, Australia.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or promotional events.

Australian Shipping

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:

  • Standard Shipping (after dispatch): 2-8 business days
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 3–11 business days
  • Regional and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

     

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard International with tracking provided.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 5–9 business days
  • Canada: 5–9 business days
  • New Zealand: 4–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–7 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occasionally occur due to postal network disruptions, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with Australia Post to assist in locating your order.
