Our slimes are handmade in small batches using premium ingredients and are designed for sensory play, creativity and fun. Because every slime is handmade, slight variations in colour, scent, texture and decorations are completely normal.

Before you play:

Wash & Dry your hands!

Clean, dry hands keep your slime in the best condition.

Lotions, dirt, food, pet hair and moisture can affect your slime’s texture and lifespan.

How Should I Store My Slime?

Always store your slime:

In its original airtight container
With the lid fully sealed
Away from direct sunlight
Away from heaters and hot cars
In a cool, dry place

Proper storage is the biggest factor in making your slime last.

My Slime is Sticky!

Don't panic! This is completely normal.

Slime reacts to:

Heat
Humidity
Body Temperature
Frequent Play

To Fix Sticky Slime:

Wash and dry your hands

Kneed the slime slowly for 1 - 2 minutes

If still sticky, add a small amount of activator (Mix 1 tea spoon of Borax in a cup of warm water, add one tablespoon of the finished liquid at a time and knead the slime.)

Ensure you use activator sparingly. Do not add too much. Do small amounts at a time until the stickiness has dissipated.

My Slime is Hard or Stiff

Slime can become firmer in:

Colder weather
Air-conditioned rooms
After long periods of storage

To Fix Firm Slime

Warm it in your hands
Stretch and knead gently for several minutes
Add a tiny amount of unscented lotion if need

Do not add water.

My Slime is Ripping Instead of Stretching

This usually means the slime is:

Cold
Slightly over-activated

To Fix:

Warm the slime in your hands
Stretch slowly rather than pulling quickly
Add a tiny amount of lotion if required

My Slime Has Air Bubbles

This is normal and often a sign of good inflation

Air bubbles develop when:

Stretching
Folding
Drizzling

Many slime enthusiasts actually love this because it creates satisfying pops and ASMR sounds.

Why Doesn't My Slime Look Exactly Like The Photos

All of our slimes are handmade

Slight Variations may occur:

Colour Shades
Decorations
Scent Strength
Texture

These differences are normal and make every batch unique.

Why Has The Scent Changed?

Fragrances naturally soften over time.

Factors Affecting Scent Include:

Storage conditions
Temperature
Age of slime
Oils on your hands or scent from soaps

This is normal and does not affect the quality of the slime. Our fragrances are of the highest quality and we pride ourselves on longer lasting scents than our competitors.

I Ordered Slime Charms What Do I Do?

Many of our slimes come with an add on of themed:

Charms
Sprinkles
Glitter
Decorative Addons
Varying Sized Resin

These are packed seperately to protect slime during shippings, as well as giving our customers the option to not purchase them if they have sensory processing issues with tiny objects inside their slime.

Simply add them in when you're ready to play and enjoy the fun change in texture.

WARNING:
Our slime charm add ins may present a choking hazard and should be handled with care.

Adult supervision is recommended at all times.
Slime charms are not intended for mouthing, chewing, or ingestions.
Remove charms immediately if damaged or broken.
Keep loose charms away from babies, young children and pets.
Inspect charms before use and discard if damaged.

Can Slime Melt During Shipping?

Yes.

Australian Weather can be unpredictable.

If your slime arrives sticky:

Allow it to cool to room temperature.
Knead thoroughly.
Use activator if needed.

This is a normal reaction to heat and does not mean your slime is faulty.

How Long Does Slime Last?

With proper care, slime can last for months.

To maximise lifespan:

Store correctly.
Keep hands clean and dry.
Keep away from dirt, food and pets.
Return to the container immediately after use.

Over time, all slime with naturally change texture due to normal use and environmental conditions.

Do NOT Consume
Choking Hazard - May contain small parts if charms are purchased.
Not Suitable for children under 3 years.
Adult supervision is recommended.
Avoid contact with eyes and mouth.
Wash hands before and after use.
Keep away from pets.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
