3D Printed Fidget Clickers & Flexi Products
What's the difference between Flexi and Fidget Clicker products?
Flexi products are articulated designs that bend, twist, wiggle, and move freely without any clicking mechanism.
Fidget Clickers contain an internal switch that provides a tactile clicking sensation when pressed. Depending on the option selected, clickers may be available in either clicky or silent versions.
Are Silent Fidget Clickers completely noise-free?
Silent Fidget Clickers are designed to significantly reduce noise compared to standard clicky switches.
While much quieter, some minor sound may still occur as parts move or make contact.
If complete silence is required, we recommend choosing a Flexi product or another non-clicking sensory tool.
How durable are your 3D printed products?
Our 3D printed Fidget Clickers and Flexi products are manufactured using high-quality PLA filament and carefully tested print settings.
While designed to be durable, all mechanical products experience wear over time. Product lifespan will depend on frequency and intensity of use.
Are your 3D printed products environmentally friendly?
Our 3D printed products are made from PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-based plastic derived from renewable resources such as corn starch and sugarcane.
PLA generally has a lower environmental impact than many traditional petroleum-based plastics.
We actively work to minimise waste by reusing material wherever possible for test prints and prototypes.
Why are some Fidget Clickers glued?
To improve durability and reduce breakages, key components of our Fidget Clickers are permanently secured during assembly.
This helps ensure products arrive ready to use and reduces damage caused by attempted disassembly and reassembly.
For this reason, we do not offer DIY, unassembled, or custom switch installation options.
My Fidget Clicker arrived in pieces. What should I do?
Some articulated products may occasionally separate during shipping.
Most pieces are designed to snap back together. If a component is damaged, broken, or unable to be reassembled within 30 days of purchase, please contact our team for assistance.
My keychain or clicker broke. Can I get help?
Absolutely.

Many products are manufactured using non-toxic materials such as silicone, TPR, or PU foam. However, products are not intended for ingestion unless specifically marketed as an oral sensory tool or teether.
Always inspect products regularly and discontinue use if damage occurs.
Can sensory tools be used in classrooms and therapy settings?
Yes.

Orders & Shipping
Can I cancel my order?
All purchases are considered final once an order has been placed.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to update your address or order details, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order.
While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to accommodate requests before production or shipping begins.
What if my package is lost?
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us through our Contact Us page.
If the parcel is confirmed lost and not returned to us, we will lodge an insurance claim and arrange a replacement where applicable.
Additional verification may be required during this process.
What if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?
If a parcel is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we will contact you once it arrives back at our studio.
A re-shipping fee will apply before the parcel can be sent again.
Do colours vary between products?
Yes.
Due to manufacturing processes, screen settings, and filament batches, colours may vary slightly from product photos.
This is particularly common with 3D printed products and sensory items manufactured in multiple production batches.
Are your products intended to treat or cure medical conditions?
No.
The products sold by The Sensory Station are consumer products designed for play, interaction, everyday use, and personal preference.
Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any medical, psychological, developmental, or behavioural condition.
